For everybody who is, has, or was a teenager.

Remember the 2021 hit show Mother's Ruin? (sell-out tour at Alphabetti Theatre; Northern Stage; Laurels Theatre; the Lichfield Literary Festival; and the Park Theatre, Finsbury Park, London)? Well Mother is back, and this time she has teenagers.

Where Mother's Ruin explored the early dark days of sleepless nights, lonely days and out of tune nursery rhymes in cold church halls; Mother's Ruin: The Teenage Years longs for those seemingly blissful times, in comparison to what comes next.

With her joyful blend of original music, improv and audience participation, Jenni Winter presents a raw, funny and heart-breaking tale of moving from toddlers to tiktok, nappies to nobody understands me, and "I love You" to "I Didn't Ask To Be Born!".

A cabaret/theatre performance telling stories of raising teenagers, punctuated with live, original songs (performed by JW at the keyboard) and audience participation. A tribute to all our beautiful, inspiring, infuriating, hair-raising teenagers out there, and to everyone who is, was or has a teenager.
